Shipping Locations
All products are dispatched from our primary warehouse located in Québec, Canada, as well as our partner warehouses situated abroad. We strive to reach our customers wherever they are, so we ship across Canada and to select international destinations.

Shipping Timeframe

- Our partners are Poste Canada and FedEx
- For orders within Canada and USA , the typical shipping timeframe is between 2 to 10 business days.

- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- We aim to dispatch your order within two business days following the placement of your order.
- Delivery times for remote areas may be longer, but rest assured, we are committed to delivering your order to you.

Please note, Vincent & Gabrielle is not responsible for delays that occur after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates
The delivery dates provided are estimates, starting from the date the order is shipped, and do not account for the order processing time. Factors such as incorrect delivery addresses, adverse weather conditions, strict customs procedures, or any other unforeseen circumstances may extend delivery times.

Delivery Accuracy
We are unable to offer refunds for items dispatched to an incorrect address if the error arises from details provided by the customer. It is crucial to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address at the time of order.

Separate Shipments
To expedite delivery, items ordered together may be shipped separately, depending on warehouse locations and product availability. If your order is delivered in more than one package, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. This method allows us to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible.
